Taking care of the general maintenance of the building/house, the Payment of services, taxes, the swimming pool maintenance, fumigations, the landscaping and the management of any other thing related to the property.
We include availability of housekeepers,chef, temporary or permanently in your property. Besides counseling for the decoration of the property, such as: Bedspreads and curtains, drapery of furniture, assembly of lamps, fans or other electrical equipments,etc.
With the signature of the Agreement, we compromise ourselves to give you a monthly expenses report, along with all invoices and receipts.
